- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of shipment delivery.
- Merchandise must not be worn, used, altered, or washed and must have all tags attached. Any items containing make-up, body odor, perfume, animal hair etc., or are sent back after the return period will not be accepted and if returned will be disposed of and NOT sent back to the customer.
- All Final Sale merchandise and Face Masks are not eligible for refund.
If you would like to exchange an item for another color or different item, please make sure to note the requested exchange on the return form or packing slip. Please make sure your exchange meets the criteria for an acceptable return (see above). We will ship the first exchange at our expense (does not apply to international orders).
How to Return Merchandise
- Circle the item(s) on the packing slip that you are returning and include the packing slip with the returned item(s). If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a paper with your name, contact information, order number, and items returning.
- Indicate the reason for the return next to each item.
- Securely repackage your merchandise as we are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to unsecure packaging.
- Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.
- Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship.
- Please keep the tracking details for your records.

**Please note that online purchases are separate from in-store purchases and therefore cannot be returned in-store. Additionally, the return policy for in-store purchases may differ from the online policy.
